This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on the FinLearn platform (www.finlearn.com). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any paid program, live session, or offline batch.
FinLearn is a hybrid learning platform offering practical programs across Crypto, Forex, Stocks, Entrepreneurship, Influencing, Business Development, Trading Psychology, and Financial Literacy. Programs are available in three delivery modes: Recorded, Live, and Offline. Different refund conditions apply depending on the mode and purchase type.
FinLearn offers a selection of free programs accessible through /explore > Free Programs. No payment is required for free programs and accordingly no refund policy applies. Free program access may be modified or discontinued by FinLearn at any time without prior notice.
Recorded programs provide lifetime access to structured modules and are delivered at your own pace. For courses purchased with a one-time payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the date of payment, provided that:
Once any of the above conditions are no longer met, FinLearn reserves the right to decline the refund request at its sole discretion.
For bundled purchases (two or more recorded courses purchased together), a refund may be issued within 7 days of payment, provided no completion certificate has been earned for any course within the bundle and less than 20% of any individual course has been accessed.
If you pre-enroll in a recorded program before its official launch, you may cancel for a full refund within 7 days of the official launch date, or before earning a certificate — whichever comes first.
FinLearn's live learning mode includes the following formats:
Refunds for individually purchased live sessions are not available once the session has commenced. If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, you may request a one-time rescheduling by contacting [email protected] at least 48 hours before the session.
For live bootcamps or multi-session programs purchased as a package, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the first session of the program has not commenced and no recordings or materials have been accessed.
Where replay access is offered for a live session, accessing the replay constitutes use of the content. Refund eligibility will not apply once a replay has been viewed.
FinLearn's offline classroom program operates through city-based learning centers, available through /offline/locations. Enrollment is batch-based and requires advance seat booking.
Refund requests for offline batch enrollments will be considered under the following conditions:
Learners who are unable to attend a confirmed offline batch may request a one-time transfer to a future batch of the same program, subject to seat availability. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the batch start date. Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to FinLearn's discretion.
FinLearn subscription plans provide access to a curated library of recorded programs and may include priority access to select live sessions. All subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.
Where a free trial period is offered, completion certificates cannot be earned during the trial. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial period ends. Cancellation is available under My Account > Subscriptions.
Monthly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the first billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for monthly subscription charges once the billing cycle has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
Annual subscriptions are charged in full at the time of purchase. You may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription term.
To cancel a subscription, navigate to My Account > Subscriptions > Cancel Plan, or email [email protected]. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. You will retain platform access for the remainder of that period and no further charges will be incurred.
FinLearn reserves the right to deny refund requests in any of the following circumstances:
FinLearn operates a Referral & Earn program through which users may earn wallet credits, course discounts, or bonus access rewards when referred users complete enrollment. Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits earned through the referral program are not refundable once applied to a transaction.

If a program or subscription is purchased through a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any affiliated reseller), the refund policy of that platform governs the transaction. FinLearn does not process refunds for third-party marketplace purchases and assumes no responsibility for the outcome of such requests. Learners must contact the relevant marketplace directly.
Programs or subscriptions purchased at a promotional or discounted price are subject to the same refund windows outlined above. Eligibility for promotional pricing is determined at FinLearn's sole discretion. Any applicable conditions will be disclosed at the time the offer is presented.
FinLearn reserves the right to modify course pricing, subscription fees, and plan structures at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect active subscriptions currently in a billing cycle. Continued use of the platform following a pricing update constitutes acceptance of the revised rates.
Processing Time: 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Refund Method: Credited to the original payment method used at purchase.
Currency: Refunds are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise. International transactions may incur bank-side conversion fees.
